Had their in house service tech Ken come to the house and work on several machines. He's on time, courteous and did a great job tuning several machines. This company (and Ken) are highly recommended.

Cotton Candy is not just a store, it is it’s own wonderful community of crafters. They care for their customers. I’ll be going back to cotton candy many more times to come.
