R	Rick Batten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got up this morning to my truck's computer derating the engine. It would not drive faster than 10 kmh. I called Sophie at Acc-technhere in Grande Prairie. I explained my problem. She told me to come right in. I speed over at that incredible 10kph. I drove into the heated drive through service department where Sophie greeted me with a smile and immediately had her computer analyze my trucks issues. Was given recommendations on how to solve the problem. Straight into the shop and within a hour the issue was pin pointed 40 minutes after I out the with price that I was quoted. This is the 1st 5 stars rating I ever wrote. Thank you for the honesty and integrity.

I phoned many places around town for an appointment the next day but no one was available until I called these guys. The place is a bit difficult to access but they kept me up to date on the troubleshooting and ended up fixing my battery cables. So far no more battery issues.

After a hour of looking they were quickly able to diagnose the problem of a vacuum hose that had fallen off. Fast , honest efficient service. Very impressed. I will take my vehicles there from now on.

Arranged for Accutech to do the work, but they discovered it was not necessary. Charged a very minimal amount for their time and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Also provided me with a ride home when I first dropped my car off. Great, honest service. Highly recommend these guys
