Bad as they maid it out to be when I pinned her for their lies and excuses . Worst customer service can’t give you a straight answer about anything to hide their shady sneaky tactics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a coolant leak... They told me it was a thermostat housing leak and it would cost $666... So I trusted them to fix it... So it sits there until 4-5 pm the next day... I bring it back home and already had the coolant light showing up again before I even pulled in my driveway... I checked the coolant reservoir, it was EMPTY!!... Also the leak in which brought me there in the first place was still there!... Okay that's fine, a mistake obviously took place... So I brought it back a second time to have it fixed... The lady manager Louise was in denial about everything and not willing to hear what we had to say or look at the pictures we took proving the problems that were still present and to help diagnose the problem better... So anyways, It sat there for another day....
Brought it back home, STILL LEAKING...
... So three days after monitoring the leak and taking pictures I go back to their shop for a third time and requested a refund to take it elsewhere for a.) Part that wasn't working or b.) Labour that didn't work... Dwane denied my request for a refund for either and got aggressive verbally while hurling insults as I was leaving the door!!..
So a week later, I'm out $666 with the problem still there!!.. There were many other faults I can't put into words with them...
UPDATE: Part installed was bogus. They also tried insisting it was my head gasket afterwords... My new mechanic remedied the problem for half the cost compared to these thieves. Thanks for nothing Rainbow Repair... Oh sorry, you had to change your name because of bad publicity. LOL Also your reviews on your website are 110% fabricated obviously just like the work you do on our vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for oil change and with my own wiper and windshield nozzle , (which wasn’t even changed dude to the wrong product ) but they changed me $45 for wiper change n just to check the nozzle . This was a ripoff and while I was sitting there she didn’t even let me know that it will cost $45 to change wiper n ck nozzle .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the value for their oil change was very reasonable, not to mention they include tire rotation as well. They were fairly quick to get it in and not too bad coming out. I waited till it was done because I was from out of town. I had a hiccup with my bill, but the owner straightened it out right away and dealt with it very professionally. I will return next time I’m in grande prairie! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect experience with my daughters truck. From being towed in and repaired. The electronic documentation of the inspection with pictures and the estimate was very handy to keep a file for personal records

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price for oil change, which is why I took my car there. They phoned me the day of to delay the appointment by a couple hours. I arrived to the postponed appointment and at that point was told it would be a greater delay than expected for the oil change. I didn't have much to do that day but it was still a bummer that I took time off work to get to the appointment on time and ended up sitting around for a while. However I also asked them to fill up my tires which they did, and as mentioned the price is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great! I went in for an oil change, they had a great sale price so I had to jump on it. They had several openings available for me which made booking an appointment very easy. Complimentary drinks in the lobby, friendly staff, and fast service. I'll be back next time I need work done on my car.
