★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what a deep freeze, I was there visiting some friends and the first I noticed was the hall was crazy cold. Can you believe my friends unit was 16.5c with the thermostat turned all the way up. They told that they complained to the "manager onsite" (ha, ha, ha....she is supposed to be some kind of joke) and they sent a person and they said it was "normal". My friends have been living there for over 7 years and they said is getting worst every year. Can you believe people live like that? Very sad!!!!!
