Roxanne Peach is always a delight to talk to and helps me with anything that I may need. Her staff as well are always friendly and they all make this feel like a home. I look forward to living here for many years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i moved into Carrington apt in august 18 i pay reasonable rent for the convenience i have the management { Roxanne } has been available when i had a question and treated me with respect what else can you ask for. My apt was clean when i moved in ,the maintenance guy works hard to fix the problems that accrue day to day i even preferred my friend here and got a 200 dollars of my rent of October. So my opinion its a decent place to call home .I plan on being a long term tenant .if you decide to come here tell Roxanne i sent you please thanks Robert

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here three years and it’s been awesome. Roxanne is wonderful. Any problems I’ve had she has dealt with them immediately. The maintenance guy, Louis, is awesome too. Very efficient and friendly. Don’t plan on moving any time soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just amazing… The apartments are really good. Everything is just perfect as I wanted. Roxanne is also very professional and friendly both at a time. Whenever I told her about any problem I faced, she either told me a date till that will be solved or just solved that right away. I loved my apartment and also the thing that everything like electricity, gas, heat and other things, is included. If anyone else wanna get an apartment here, don’t hesitate, instead just come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in January of 2022 and found Roxanne to be extremely accommodating.From start to finish our move was purely professional,efficient and done with warmth and compassion.Carrington Place has a wonderful manager in Roxanne Peach.Any concerns I had were addressed.Living here is great,it's so quiet and peaceful.Theres so much room in the townhouse and the team that worked on our unit definitely know what their doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking area and sidewalks are horribly unmaintained. They have done no sidewalk clearing and it is very dangerous in the parking lot. No clearing or sanding making it treacherous to walk around especially for elderly folks. I would never live there and would never recommend it.

I really personally thank you roxxane peach to help me and my family to stay in Carrington beautiful and nice place. 5 star not enough for Roxanne ?
