★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dryer doesn’t work because the vent is likely blocked. Resulted in drying a load of laundry 4-5 times each load. New caretaker didn’t bother having the vent cleared and tried sending maintenance with an older dryer and he would show up unannounced. While we need time to clear the storage in laundry room to provide access. This caused our power bill to jump. Instead of ensuring it’s taken care of caretaker asked how I do laundry??? Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking lot is deplorable, lots of snow and ice. Numerous tenants have fallen . One lady who was pregnant fell resulting in a visit to hospital. She and her family have since moved to a safer haven. The cleaning is not being done in the buildings and the maintenance man is never to be found. Rumor has it he likes the comfort of his own apt.
