★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible place, if your house ends up burning down, they will not assist you or even let you stay there because "you live in grande prairie" even though you are technically homeless. They peak to you in a very rude tone and when you try to understand why they are being rude, they will hang up on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable, made me pay 200 dollars cash deposit and then at checkout only 100 dollars back. Man, all I did was sleep in the bed and use the shower. My twin brother checked out after I had paid for another night and this hotel made us sign a document stating that James would pick up the deposit.
In any case, we have the run around for the last three days and I will never stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and enquired about staying the night, and for availabilities. I was assured that I could have a room I arrived and was told I cannot enter without a vaccine! I gently reminded them that , because of our provincial mandates that's against the law. Alberta does not require hotel stays to be vaccinated. I also mentioned the charter of Rights which specifically states that they cannot deny me service based on my personal health choices. I left and sought great service at Motel 6 where they were friendly, warm, and do not discriminate against their clientele. Highly recommend Motel 6!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms, staff is very friendly. Front desk area is super cute and homey. Large laundry mat. Cute restaurant with amazing food. Good wifi connection. Great price. Coffee bar in the office. Daily housekeeping. Maintained parking lot. Fast response to requests. Great information on things to do in the area. Very cute motel, the renovations are looking amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House keeping didn’t bother cleaning my room 3 days in a row / wifi didn’t work at all the front desk lady could care less about getting it fixed . And they ripped me off wouldn’t refund my money after refusing to be treated that way. In the cold times the rooms are freezing cold there due to lack of care / maintenance.
