Everybody thinks it's some junkie meat shop that tastes bad but it's one of the best fast food restaurants in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered skip the dishes and they forgot an item, called the restaurant and the lady that answered the phone hung up on me after telling her there was a missing item. Called back asking if there was a possibility for a refund, she said to report it through the app. Asked her how to do so, she goes “i dont know”. terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disrespectful lady in 50s or 60s with glasses works front or drive thru. Has been rude too my cancer survivor father. My father ordered a burger did not come with bacon. This lady interrogated my dad too show her it did not come with it LOL huh? My dad got mad and left after she asked him to OPEN UP HIS BURGER prove to her lol what a joke! Just bring the stuff you did not put on burger hello!! Customer is right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't even deserve one star..May 28th 2022 I got 3 sandwiches from your restaurant my brother had one and awhile later he called me saying he wasn't feeling good he ended up getting sick through the night vomiting and all he ate was the arbys sandwich. I went back to the hotel after the hockey game and going to eat mine i took one bite spit it out as it tasted bad I turned the sandwich over and it was ROTTON GREEN. Took it straight back to your restaurant and showed them the manager called me that evening and I called back next day and she was of no help as it's totally unacceptable. I even called an office in the U.S. and made a complaint and nothing was done...sandwich went to the public Health Authority in Grande Prairie. You can't do that to people and get away with serving ROTTON FOOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with my family for dinner and was welcomed with excitement because I haven't been inside the store for over a year. I am a regular here so some of the front staff recognized me. It was nice to finally sit in my favorite fast food restaurant to eat again.

the best roast beef sandwich in town is at ARBY’S
give them a try and thank me later!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a place I would get anything except curly fries from I personally do not like their sandwiches but if that's your thing then go right ahead.
There made some changes to their take out containers and I think they are a little less effective than what 5hey where useing before. That's all I really have to say about it. enjoy your day
