★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produce and meat selection is good but customer service sucks was waiting in the self checkout line about to pay for my stuff when I got told to go to customer service instead I only had 4 items and 3 people went through the self checkout and I still wasn't helped when the person was done helping the person ln Front of me they just walked away instead of letting me pay for my stuff so I Left to go to a different grocery store I do not have Time to wait because I am on a 15 minute lunch for work at the moment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at super store on March 26 2022 and we were going to buy items from the prepackaged balk section. Be aware that you have to have your computer out and make sure you look at each item and do the calculations for each PREPACKAGED ITEMS. I would understand if I was buying unpackaged items, but the bulk items are prepackaged , and to have to calculate the price is VERY misleading. And like the produce manager said, if I was at the bulk barn, that is how I would have to do it. But at least at the bulk barn I would have the option of the amount I was buying. So yes, I will be going to bulk barn so I can decide how much I want to spend, and not be misled or not given the option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tired looking building inside and out. Always seems to be very busy and there are some good values to be had if you pay attention to flyers. The person at the checkout was very friendly and rang us through quickly. We don't shop here often, but when we do we pretty much always find what we want at a decent price. If you're into collecting points, don't forget your PC Optimum card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great products. Very nice staff, especially the butchers! If you go before ten am though it is hard to get a warm cart. They have a wide variety of products and the staff know exactly where everything is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has most everything and at a good price. They could have a few more staff around to help you find something, I like to ask were something is instead of looking for hours. When I have found someone they where nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent department store with excellent produce selection. Joe Fresh clothes are probably the best part of shopping here. The pharmacy is right inside the store so you can shop while you wait for a prescription. During the day there is a walk in clinic which wait times are very short and doctors are extremely kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome store. I live in a small town without stores like this. I have not been in a Real Canadian Suoerstore for 5 years. Miss the produce section, miss everything about this store. The store was clean considering the winter conditions. Product selection was great considering this is northern Alberta and early January. Lots of parking. Only downside was trying to get staff in ladies clothes to actually help us. I guess they must be getting paid to discuss the weekend and not helping customers
