Been to this pharmacy multiple times every time I go there I get told that I've never been there and that they need all my information again. I needed pseudoephedrine. First off I was told that they didn't have any until I asked for Eltor the brand name and then they hymmed and hawed. I basically treated like a meth head by the pharmacist and offered every other drug there with pseudoephedrine+some other drug. I understand that it's one of the ingredients used to make meth, but the government tracks it's sales and only allows people to get 25 tablets a month. I'm sorry my sinuses are congested and I asked for a legal medication by its generic name. I won't be returning to this pharmacy.

I dont understand why i have to wait an hour for just 10 pcs of tablet specially that theyre not even busy. Like as if the pharmacist are making the medicines from scratch. Im really annoyed for the fact that you have to wait 4 hrs for the Doctor to get you checked and an additional hour just for the pharmacy to get your meds.

I dropped of my prescription at 11 am, was told it was gonna be 45 minutes. That was fine, I told them I'd be back at 430. Arrived back at 430 pm and waited in line for 45 minutes, and when I finally made it to my turn in line they called four people up infront of me who were sitting. One person working, while three others were just floating around. Horrendous customer service, incompetent staff and inefficient operation. You should be able to drop off a prescription and shop for groceries then pick up the prescription on the way out the door. Not the case here. Don't be fooled by false convience and location.

Total chaos at this pharmacy. I should have read the reviews before having my prescriptions transferred there a month ago. Either they got my simple prescription wrong or totally ignored my request. The original pharmacist changed it because they didn't have stock and was supposed to leave a note. +5 phone calls later and they're still making the same mistake. None of them wrote the "note" concerning the matter. Either totally incompetent or ignored their customer.

Each person’s experience is unique and valid. While I understand many of the reasons for β€œ1 star” ratings, I myself have had a β€œ5 star” experience. I have been going here monthly for years and had wonderful service. It is a crazy busy pharmacy, so I don’t expect not to wait. However, I use the automated refill service over the phone; this always results in a quick pick up.

Always waiting for prescriptions to be filled, much longer than the 45 minutes they say. I waited for an hour to come back and stood in line for 10 more minutes as I watched 3 staff talking among themselves before they even acknowledged the line up and my prescription still wasn’t ready. Customer service needs attention as two assistants are often rude. I switched to Shoppers Wapiti as the service they give you is far above even though it’s a 15 minute drive out of my way. They also offer online refills in which you get a text when they’re ready for pick up as well as free delivery if you need it. I’m glad to be done with this pharmacy.

My fiance and I had been with this pharmacy for five years, and we finally had enough. Long wait times for service or for prescriptions to be filled, even on clearly slow days, even for regular every day prescriptions that do not require anything but pulling the item out of their fridge and filling out the paperwork. What finally sealed our decision to change pharmacy was our treatment when filling a prescription over the phone. The assistant who I would communicate with on the phone would often hang up abruptly before confirming the prescription to be filled or the time I would be able to pick it up. This would force me to call back, go through the phone menus again, and speak with her once more just so I could make certain it was being filled and when I could pick it up. I could forgive once or twice, but this being the case most of the times I call in is just poor service and protocol. There's better pharmacies out there. This one gets no more of my business.
