T	Tanya Devito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in late on a Saturday night and received excellent service. Our server Michael was fantastic and very attentive. Our food was under whelming however. My husband's ribs still had the membrane on the bottom and my lasagna noodles were slightly under done. I was also charged for a half ceasar salad rather than a starter salad. That said we would definitely give this place a second chance.

Not only is this a disgusting show of lacking moral integrity, it is an infringement of chartered rights to turn people away on such a notion. Not to mention their service is horrible, dishware is not properly cleaned, and food is at best, mediocre.
R	Rory Gibson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't repeat..... Probably the second worst BP's experience I've ever had ( the other one was uncooked chicken at FSJ BP's in 2012). When we order over priced appetizers " To Start" I expect them to come BEFORE the main course....not at the same time.... The appetizers for 14.00 each were way over priced for the amount of wings you get ( 6 each plate see pics)... What are these made of friggin gold chickens? A large ham and pineapple for 30.00 should be cooked, so combined with having it sit for the short time it took to down the tiny order of over priced wings ...it was cold globs of soggy undercooked cheese. Also no utensils.... But the pint of Canadian was cold and frosty so 1 star it is. Not worth 70.00.....

We called to check on our delivery order as it had been taking awhile longer then what we were told and she was quick to call the driver and also offered us a discount off our order.. we were not expecting this, just thought we would get an update. Her kindness and generosity was so appreciated.
L	Laurence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BP’s is my comfort zone and they rarely disappoint. Having daily deals like pasta Tuesday and Wing nights on Wednesday or the mobile app deals are great. I get good service when I am there, and they change up the menu often enough to get me excited to try whatever they add. For this particular BP’s, friendly staff, good layout, and accurate orders. Spinach dip with pizza bread as the dip was great on the last visit to see the Leafs lose game 7.

This place is ran by by one of the rudest managers I have ever encountered in my life. Who ever gave her this job should re-evaluate who they leave in charge of there establishment. The service is slow, the food came out burnt and ice cold? The remake took even longer looks like they put it in a microwave for 2 minutes and forgot about it for an hour, the place is disgusting dirty all over the floor looks like hasn’t been swept or mopped in decades. Don’t waste your time go to west gate for amazing service.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by some friendly faces. Our server was very friendly and efficient. We did not get her name, but she was amazing! The place was very tidy and we left feeling like we really got out for a treat! Thanks to BP's team for another great dining experience!

When my wife and I entered, we were not greeted, we stood awkwardly at the front desk until a young woman looked up at us, rolled her eyes and said she would help us get seated. But then proceeded to walk into the back area, maybe the kitchen ? Eventually someone else seated us. She was no better. They looked like they hated their jobs as they had only one expression on their faces and it wasn't very pleasant. Our waitress Grace was by far top notch. She was attentive, had a smile and bubbly personality. This is the kind of kind person we look forward to dealing with on any occasion. Honestly She deserves a raise. Unfortunately we were give a stack of dirty plates. So we were given a knew stack that was worse. They were covered in dirty dish water and ranch dressing. As if the washer just dipped them in the sink and then handed them back. I also had a to return my ceasar as it was so watered down that all I could taste was the ice in the glass. Lastly the place was a mess, like a bomb went off. Glitter, crayons, food and napkins scattered the floors. One couple came in and stated they wouldn't even sit near there as it was that bad. But no one bothered to clean any of it up.
