R	Rob Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a griddle. Tried it a few times to make to make it work. Didn't work for us at all. Tried to return it with Mastercard receipt. They wouldn't except it. Horrible customer service. Will never shop in a London drugs store again.

My 3 months old can't sit up yet as any 3 months old baby and they were annoyed by that, the employee was not polite at all. His passport pictures were done incorrectly and they did not care or try to give a good service
A	Alisha G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and usually will have anything you need. The girls in the makeup department typically totally ignore you OR follow you around like your stealing. Not stealing peeps, sometimes when your on a budget you have to go back and fourth a few times to decide what’s going to work best and not break the bank ! The pharmacy is very helpful as well as the front check outs. I like the option of a human and a self checkout both being available.

She went above and beyond to help me solve an issue with a product I had purchased there. In todays world were EVERYTHING seems way more difficult than it should be, she totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you!
M	Melissa Moloney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DELL COMPUTER ISSUES - I don’t recommend anyone take their computer to be repaired at London Drugs if you are running a Dell system. I brought my computer tower to them for a power supply swap, and it took over a month to get a hold of their Dell contact, order the power supply, and get it installed. They said it was an issue with their contact at Dell, which is likely the case, but I realized quickly after calling around, that other places in GP could repair it in a couple days. I also had to do my own follow up along the way. I had to continually call and ask for updates on my unit.
