★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything updated. Rooms clean and tasteful. Food in the lounge was satisfactory. I left behind a couple of items and they were great about getting them back to me ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best breakfast. Fresh scrambled eggs, really good fresh pork, bulk sausages still warm. Wide variety of muffins pastry. Variety of fruit. Lots of fresh coffee. As I said you get what you pay for, this hotel it stands true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here during holidays because there would be no housekeeping. Room were super tight. The door doesn't have a lock, my 2 year old can just sneak out the door. There was no bathroom fan. There were no dresser to put your clothes. The location of the hotel is good. The pool is good. But totally not coming back in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was good but hotel was not worth the price. Beds were extremely hard, loud and like sleeping on concrete. The hotel had potential but whoever was contracted to upgrade it did a terrible job. Food at the lounge was not great and the breakfast had potential but both myself and my husband got sick.
Staff were great though! Super friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be the Grande Prairie Motor Inn way back. Clean room, decent bed, friendly front end person. The basics are good. Basic TV with a basic channel package. That being said, let’s look at several things that make the stay less than ideal.
1. Cramped 7 ft ceiling in the bathroom
2. Bathroom air vent was not functioning, leaving the ceiling dripping when my shower was done.
3. Yea, Microwave, but who has their microwave at below your knees.
4. Super cheap 1 ply toilet paper needs 8 feet of paper before you have enough layers for a successful wipe.
5. Carpet straight over cement, with minimal underlay.
6. Single drawer nightstands with no room for clothing if someone wants to use a drawer for clothes. A second drawer would be very handy.
7. Main light had dirt and bugs. That’s just simple hygiene, no excuses!
8. Glass shelf in bathroom is bent down and unusable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So worth the money. Hot water. Clean room. Great staff. Better then GREAT staff… AMAZING STAFF! The only weird thing is my window didn’t open. But the AC worked so I was so happy. I can’t wait for next year just to stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean and entire building well maintained. The pool, hot tub and steam room were very enjoyable as well as the breakfast buffet. The servers at breakfast were especially amazing, above and beyond service! I was with my one year old daughter by myself and one of the staff came over and helped me with her so I could get our food. When we left at the end of our stay my daughter went up and gave her a hug, which she doesn't even do with her grandma and aunty!
