★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New hotels. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We were surprised that our room was cleaned when we were out. There was no "do not disturb" sign to use. The pandemic must really be over in northern Alberta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice Hospital Hotel. Friendly staff,very clean room. Better than average fitness room. The continental breakfast is really nice,because you have prepared hot food,juices,coffee,etc .However the hot tub is not very warm with weak jets.Would highly recommend staying there. Right off the main hi way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The afternoon staff were amazing!!!! Very polite and helpful...the morning staff I found was rude and not very polite. The bed sheets are so slippery they wouldn't stay on the bed at night.
Pool was awesome but very smelly.
Breakfast was tasty
Rooms clean and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful and breakfast was outstanding! Our pet friendly room was out of this world! The whole establishment was clean and well lit, and parking was plentiful and well lit. Everyone was super nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay at Hampton Inn and Suites, Grande Prairie. Staff were great to deal with, very helpful and professional. Room was excellent, bed very comfortable and when needed, housekeeping very fast in attending to the room. Fitness facility was very well equipped to maintain your fitness level, good cardio, free weights and machines to challenge yourself. Did not have a chance to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, but it did smell good! Would definitely recommend staying here for business or pleasure!

It was quick stay but the price which was offered me by the lady at front desk might be Angela or Ashley not sure they charged me some extra taxes and money for the bottle of champagne which they told me is complimentary and when it comes to payment thing lady at the front desk she shows me her true colors and ask for the extra money. Which is unacceptable. I won't let you guys rip off the people . You will soon hear from my lawyer.

The ladies at the front desk was customer friendly and nice us.I went there to send my anniversary and Angela surprised me with a bottle of wine and I was grateful for it!! Our room was spectacular and clean and setting is great and the property is beautiful and clean. I have visited several hotels in Canada, this is the best out of all of them and would definitely recommend others to visit this place. Shout out to Elizabeth and Angela at the front desk keep up the good work guys. See you soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were bright and very spacious. It is very close to the airport and they have a designated service to take you there and pick you up. I Have stayed here two times in two weeks and I would definitely stay here again. Additionally I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.
