★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection isn't bad and prices are reasonable but this location is very understaffed at check-out. Any time I've been here there has been a very long line to pay with only 1-2 cashiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service here. There was 3 cashiers at 3 tills and 3 customers. The three customers finished and left and one of the cashiers then left which is totally understandable. There were 2 customers in front of me. The first customer finished her transaction quickly and left. The customer in front of me then went to the till but she was having issues with a sale price not ringing up. So the one cashier told her to go to to other empty till and she’d try it there. I was next in line to be helped and I already waited over 15 minutes for the customers in front of me and the cashier who was supposed to help me just left the till to go help the other cashier who was having issues and didn’t even acknowledge me that I was there or say “I’ll be right back” or anything courteous. Very rude cashiers here that lack friendly customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in on Black Friday and I was trying on clothes in the fitting rooms and there was one lady named Cassidy who made me feel very insecure with myself not to mention her unprofessional attitude and overall rudeness. She did not follow covid protocol and had her mask down our entire conversation. will not be coming back to this location due to this. 1 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the clothes that my Mom got me as a birthday present and I loved the help the two staff members gave me to properly size the clothes. The staff members showed me that I have dropped to a small or medium from a 2x. As I rehome my entire wardobe, Old Navy will be the place I shop to replace it! Thank you for the confidence uplift!
