Great shipping too! Their free shipping is a pleasant next day surprise for where I’m at too so that’s awesome! Great new loyalty program! Couldn’t be happier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great customer service. my order was slightly damaged during shipping and when I brought it to their attention I got a personal reply from the owner immediately offering to either send me a shipping label for a free no hassle refund or a partial discount. I loved the product so I chose to keep it and took the partial discount. they clearly care about keeping their customers happy and stand by their gear. they also had the best price. I shopped around before landing on them. and they always have discount promotions so I saved even more! unreal. altogether a great experience. thanks guys! I will definitely be a return customer ?

But we brought them back and exchanged and they were understanding and apolagetic. They even exchanged them for full price and we exchanged for sale glasses with no problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping for a new coat today at was promptly greeted by a wonderful sales woman who informed me of the current sales. I had picked out 3 coats sent photos of them to my son.. waited and waited for a response to see which one he liked best. I was at the check out buying all 3 (to return the ones he didn't like) got the call of the one he did like. The very polite and understanding man without frustration said my mom would have just bought one. I didn't get their names but today you made shopping easy for me because you we so understanding!
