Bryan with Best Buy's cellular services was impeccable in his knowledge and had a fantastic attitude. Helped set me up, and showed me a plan much much better than what I had in mind. I was surprised he is still "In Training", his know how is far beyond someone who is typically in training. Excellent service Best buy. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy. I ordered a product online, shipped and tried to return in store. Was told I ordered through their website through a third party seller.
If I wanted to order through a third party I would shop Amazon.
Horrible customer service in store. Will not order from Best Buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store with every intention of spending between $300-$500 on a soundbar. I had done some research on a few different models they had, before going in. A young man was eager to help me at first. But then when I wanted to demo the equipment, every model had some reason why it couldn't be fully demoed. Oh the subwopfer isn't hooked up to that one, I can't find the remote for that one, no you can't connect to this via blutooth right now because there's too many Bluetooth devices in here and you'll never find it. I got him to show me 6 different units and not one could we fully demo. Once he realized I wasn't going to buy without being able to hear it, he walked away from me and started helping someone else, even though I still had questions. I went over to Visions and spent my money there instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there April 25,2022. looking to buy a drone for my trip. i ask the sales person about the features i want which is follow me/auto track feature the guy told me if im spending that much might as well go with DJI FPV then he said it has the feature im looking for. figure it out later that day that it doesnt have the feature i want so i brought it back for exchange with DJI Air 2S and now i ask if could buy a combo kit with it because it doesnt go with one. Then they told me the MAVIC 2 Fly more Combo kit is compatible with my Air 2S which i trusted them again and bought it. Now i went to my trip and figure it out here that the combo kit doesnt fit on my drone and im stuck with one battery for my 1 month trip. Maybe best buy should train their employee more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just trying to get help from staff and even manger in canceling my subscription from geek squad but no avail. No help at all. They keep me running back and forth. Worse thing is they charged my credit card with cancellation fee without confirmation. Paying them for more than $200.00 in fees in . That is sad for an ordinary worker earning a minimum wage. Shame on you Best Buy. You re robbing people up front for misinformation about your services.
