The gentleman was really funny, super helpful when I left my key in my room and joked about it. I arrived at the hot tub close to closing, the lady working locked the door and allowed me to stay in for a little extra time, as long as I let her know I was finished. I was kindly greeted and or acknowledged by every cleaning staff that I met in the hallway which was really nice. The Tuesday customer appreciation was great, I’ve never had that at a hotel before.

Great local knowledge and very helpful. Hotel is new and clean with comfy beds and a great breakfast. When you are travelling for business or pleasure. This is the place to stay.
L	LKM2021 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to let everyone know how amazing the staff was. Special the young man that was on in the evening of the 19th. I believe his name started with a M. Sorry I don’t remember your name. He was helpful when I went down to grab a late night coffee but the coffee station was put away for the night. He offered me an extra pod for my room. While we were chatting he helped me get the IHG app and help me set it up. Also another guest stopped by to say hi and I guess she asked him some question in regards to her morning flight and he went above and beyond to call the airline and get the answers for her! It was just so nice that a young man would go out of his way to help. I give him a million thumbs up. Keep up the good work young man!

Breakfast was a mix of hot food as well as pancakes and baked goods. The customer appreciation pizza and beer on Tuesday nights was also super appreciated!!!

The breakfast was great, lots of variety and the breakfast room was always clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Grand Prairie

There was still food in the fridge when I checked in, Hairs in the washroom, dirty and ripped curtains and not sure if they even change the sheets. Especially at this time that you expect an IHG hotel to be more conscious of cleanliness and sanitation, I am truly disappointed on this particular hotel. Guests were not even notified of water disruption for a day. IHG should have a meeting with the hotel owner.
M	MitchelFan69 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk (Mitchel) was a great help. Mitchel was quick to action my requests. The level of service provided by Mitchel left me delighted. Mattress could be firmer. I feel this is the case for most hotels. The rooms are huge, almost too big considering I was alone in a room with 2 queen beds. The rooms at this location look brand new and very modern. The breakfast was amazing, so much selection; this is the best breakfast I have seen amongst holiday inn express. The gym felt less functional, I used the universal gym since the treadmill stopped working suddenly. The layout of the equipment is a bit odd but it works. Cant complain too much since the universal gym got the job done. Oh, but the swiss ball was totally deflated. Oh yeah, and the nearby Costco was awesome, got me some veggies and a hot dog. Living large.

This is the first hotel in Grand Prairie where we have both felt extremely welcome. Both of the people working over my stay were extremely helpful. Whether it was fashion advice for a meeting or helping me entertain my dog at night. It felt truly like home here. I will be staying only at this hotel when I come through again. I just hope that they can do a little bit better breakfast. It would be nice to see some fresh food options for breakfast. I understand that this area is always full of carb eating crew members, but there is some ladies that travel for work here too. Healthier options would make this trip so much easier! The sausage really isn't sausage is it? Despite the questionable breakfast. Having extremely good customer service really makes the stay worth it. I would come here again just for that!
