★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast was good, room was clean, but I checked in at 12:30am after driving all night, and the lady at the front desk was so rude I wanted to leave but I was too tired. I’ve stayed here before and liked it, but will never again. I was so frustrated I almost cried

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pool was closed for maintenance, room didn't smell very good, and chair in room was broken. We had booked it primarily for the pool as we were travelling with our 13 and 14 year old and I like a good hot tub so we actually ended up cancelling about 30 minutes after we checked in when we discovered the pool was closed. The staff were very accommodating and gave us a full refund even though we had already accessed the room. Based on staff, would consider staying again once the facilities were available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very clean an the older woman at the front desk on grave yard shift is quite rude and cranky, 4th time staying here and same response and attitude every time we went to the front desk.Will NOT be back. Other than that the rest of the staff are awesome ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room wasn't as nice as we thought nor was it very clean. was also told when we walked in to book the room, that there was only a suit left. so we were charged 152. come to find out by the lady in the morning there was other rooms. Also know that with a suit you cant get any discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were ok nothing fancy, stains on the top blanket on pull out sofa but they had a spare blanket that looked clean. Pool was disgusting. Ring of dirt and grime around hot tub and black film on bubbles when the jets turned on. Pool was cloudy. Pool area floor was dirty. Called front desk told them about the uncleanliness of the pool facilities and no towels in the pool area her reply “the towels are at the front desk” no response to the pool areas disgusting state or apology? Moved to another hotel instead of getting another night there. Price was fair, just disappointing as the kids were looking forward to the pool which after 5 mins there we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Service Plus Inns in Grande Prairie at the weekend. It was Family day long weekend, so quite busy. Check in was pleasant and easy. Staff were very helpful and polite. There are plug ins for the vehicle there too, good thing for us as it was -40 that night! We got a great deal with the Cabin Fever package! Our nights stay included breakfast( very yummy buffet cooked meal, pancakes freshly made too! Cereal, toast, muffins, yogurt, juices, fruit and tea and coffee too!), $20.00 gift cert for Esso gas, $5.00 gift cert for Tim Hortons and we could choose either a pizza from Pizza Hut or $25.00 to eat at the casino next door. We chose the casino. What a great meal! Dinner and two drinks each for the two of us was $62.00, and the food was amazing! Wandered around the casino to check it out, lovely staff there, and they also do entertainment on Wed, Fri and Saturdays. There is also a pool at the hotel as well, that has a water slide, we didn't get there this time, but we will be back as the beds were comfy and the temperature controls in the room made it a pleasant place to sleep. Also FYI, there was a small fridge and a microwave in the room as well as the regular tea and coffee station, makes for getting a couple of snacks for eating in room nice. Overall very happy with our stay ?
