Shoppers Home Health Care, Store # 676 in Thunder Bay, ON (Memorial Ave.) has the WORST customer service of any business I've went too. The staff are routinely in the dark about products, orders and the like that they always ask other parties in the store. They are rude and make you feel that you are giving them an inconvenience in trying to correct their problems. They never answer the phone, and while in the store they let the phone ring and ring until some answering machine picks up and you never get a call back. An order was placed in February and we have still have not received a full order and keep getting excuse after excuse on why it isn't their fault. Just blows your mind on how they treat their customers. If you can avoid them, go somewhere else. *I didn't even want to rate them 1 star*

I called today today May 11 Saturday to see if I can get some paper work for insurance for my cpap supplies I talked with a girl that was very polite and said she would call me back and she did with in 5 mins. Customer service has always been good. Thanks.

I’ve been a cpap customer for approximately 7 years and every single time I’ve tried to buy accessories they try to sell me the most expensive one they have. I’ve argued evertime and always got the one that was less than half the price of the one they tried to sell me. Today was the last straw. They tried to sell me headgear for the 6th time for $90 when I e never paid more than $40. I just ordered it on Amazon for $10.99. You’ve lost my business forever!!! Hopefully others catch on!!

i recently was prescribed a cpap machine, I'm also a big google review guy so when i saw the 1.9 rating i was hesitant to buy here but the lure of tons snd tons of pc optimum points made my decision to try this company out. As a newby to the cpap world, Justin and the staff helped me pick out a cpap and travel cpap, I'm very happy with both, no question was too small and Justin was a wealth of knowledge, and with the current covid situation made the delivery of my devices as safe as possible. one of the masks i chose didn't suit me and it was exchanged without any issues. thank you Justin Oda and Wellwise!

Our son has very complex medical needs. Justin and the CPAP team at Shoppers Wellwise have gone above and beyond, assisting us with everything from mask choice and CPAP/Bipap supports, to downloads, oximeters, and so much more. They have been responsive, supportive, and have offered suggestions and guidance that has been incredibly helpful. Just wanted to say thank you for all they have done and continue to do to help us help our child under very challenging circumstances. We are grateful to have you as part of our care team!

I purchased an Aircast from there and the front tongue started cracking. It was under warranty but I no longer had the receipt but the manager was just so fantastic about everything. She was able to look it up and had me out the door in a new boot in 5 minutes. Had I saved a couple bucks and bought the Aircast off Amazon I'd be paying out of pocket for a replacement right now
