Rachelle was very thorough through the process which made me confident that I bought my device from the right place. Not only my new device will provide me information about my sleep but she will have access to make any changes by a phone call away. That is service! In addition, the store is well stocked with supplies at very great prices. This is one local place that I will continue to support for many years!

I was originally using a trial from another place, got in touch with Northern Respiratory, I was on their list and fitted with a new mask and machine before the others place even bothered to rerun my call! I have changed out my mask 2 or 3 times now( I can’t remember) and all of that was covered in their services. They aim to make sure you are comfortable , so you are having your best sleep! Would recommend them hands down!
