★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal! We ordered equipment for my mother and had to chase motion and call constantly! We were told by the RM Covid has them short staffed and behind! Finally got our equipment and we now need a service call yet to be determined when that can happen because no one is available! It’s now nearly August, most businesses are catching up just not this one! I could understand If it was Walmart or Home Depot but this is medical equipment needed to keep my mom safe!! Recommend going somewhere else if you haven’t gotten tied up already with excuses and redirection!

I appreciate your drive for excellence, and your desire to meet and exceed expectations. When there is a problem your goal is to solve it. Living out side Thunder Bay, sometimes it is difficult to receive timely, competent service but I can honestly say that the staff went above and beyond to see that my needs were met. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bed at the beginning of May we were told there was one left in Southern Ontario and if we got the order in right away they would get it here so we rushed down to pay for it 2 weeks went by and still nothing so I called and was told it was now on backorder and was going to be the middle of June that time came and went called again was told end of June first week of July that came and gone we were told if my grandmother would take a queen size instead of a double they could have it here in a week so we took the offer and still NOTHING called last week was told Tuesday July 27th and to no suprise still absolutely nothing. She has now been waiting since may 1st for her bed that she needs and I can't get a direct answer from anyone there unfortunately they required it had to be paid in full upfront so as of right now she is out several thousand dollars. Please do not pay this company untill you have product in hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having problems with my new wheelchair, so I called Motion to have a technician check out the wheelchair. There were several things going wrong with the wheelchair. Mike, the first technician, fixed the tear on the arm rest and the joystick. He noticed that the arm that the joystick sits on was broken so he put the repairs in for that. Those were all fixed up, and then the batteries on the chair were not holding a charge, so new batteries were ordered. Bruce came in and took the wheelchair to fix the batteries and noticed that one of the two batteries ordered was damaged. A new battery was ordered and Bruce came to my place, again, to switch that battery out. Finally, all repairs were complete and my chair was back to new. My roommate Alan and I were very grateful for the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of both technicians

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to have an Elan straight stairlift and a transfer pole installed. I know no one wants to have these put in their homes, but if and when you have to, I would highly recommend Motion. The products are very well made and the service was impeccable.
I was lucky enough to have these items installed by Skylar and Lena. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and ensured I knew how to use the equipment prior to them leaving.
They did an incredible job with installation and clean up. Thank you so much for your professionalism and people skills.
