β β β β β We asked Grant to help us with the stairlift for our elderly parents. Right from the start, Grant has been super helpful and patient answering all of our questions and concerns. He has offered us plenty of options and made professional recommendations that can best solve our problems. Installation of the stairlift was also done very professionally. Grant also helped us with bathroom safety features that suits greatly for my parents' need. Communication is easy as well; both Grant and Kathy would respond promptly. We highly recommend 101 Mobility and Grant will be our go-to person from now on for any mobility & accessibility issues. Thank you!

β β β β β Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Great service, knowledgeable staff, incredibly nice people combined with reasonable prices.
I have a stair lift installed by another company four years ago which developed a serious problem. Called the company that installed it. They sent out a repairman who had absolutely no experience with the lift, suggested a fix that would cost thousands of dollars and charged a large fee for nothing. Tried another company and again someone came who had no experience. I was getting desperate. A friend searched for me and found 101 Mobility. The staff was so good from Kathy who answered the phone to Grant who came to look at the problem. He found the issue within a few minutes , ordered the parts and fixed it a few days later. What more can I say. I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost.

β β β β β The service was exceptional! My aunt was discharged from the hospital much sooner than expected and was in urgent need of the stairlifts. The owners were willing to accommodate our needs and installed the stairlifts during a weekend. It was a life-saver and we really appreciate the top-notched services and professionalism! :)

β β β β β Grand McTaggart and his team were very friendly, easy to work with, and efficient. They are a quality service and proved to be so from the day Grant came to our come for an assessment, to keeping us informed re: the progress of the shipment to Canada, to installation. I could not have asked for a smoother process. We are very pleased with the end product. My Mom is now able to move to and fro from the main floor of her home to her bedroom upstairs without my help. I think we all like to keep our independence as we get on in the years, and this has helped.

β β β β β I recently had a Handicare 90 degree large radius, curved chair lift installed in my parents' house. I knew this was a big purchase, so I shopped around. I spoke to 2 other companies, but they didn't seem too engaged or interested in my business. When I came across Mobility 101, Kathi was very knowledgable over the phone and responded in a very timely manner by email. I visited the Mobility 101 showroom in Richmond and Kathi was very helpful in demonstrating the various chair lifts and thoroughly answered all my questions. Grant came to my parents house to do the measurements and promptly provided a quote. He did not pressure us in anyway and was very patient with us. When I decided to purchase the chair lift through them, Kathi was very thorough and expeditious with the process. When the chair lift arrived (within 1 month of purchasing it), Grant installed it immediately (within 1-2 days of arrival) and the installation process was quick and smooth. Grant even came back later that day to go through the operation of the chair lift with me and my parents. We are very happy with the chair lift and the excellent service provided by Kathi and Grant. This is a local, family business, so they do care about customer service. I would very highly recommend you contact Mobility 101 if you need mechanical aids at home.
