★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the store today and the representative was extraordinarily rude and condescending. In addition he seemed to have a kindergarten level grasp of English! I will never go to or do buisness with a store that cannot train their representatives to be civil to their customers. You re better off going somewhere else where you will be treated as a valuable customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was beyond excellent -- point of care response. My phone number was inadvertently switched to a different number as I was moving from a Corporate to a Personal Account. Initially, I was informed nothing can be done until 3 days later due to a long weekend -- given the nature of my work, it simply cannot wait for that long. However, Mon, one of the employees, provided a solution for me in less than 24 hours. The instructions and direction provided were clear and simple to follow. Thank you so very much!

He is super efficient and gets everything done in a timely manner. Great customer service! My husband and I have been a long time customer for 5 years now and we love it! Highly recommend this store! He provided next day shipping and called to make sure I received it, above and beyond customer service. I would reccomend this location to anyone looking to get a new phone and good service.
