โ โ โ โ โ Went up today because I was having difficulty with my phone. I still use an I-Phone 6, so I figured old technology was likely the issue, but I am not interested in getting a new phone right now. I spoke to Mark, who affirmed that I likely was reaching the end of the phoneโs life expectancy. Mark recommended that I reset network settings, and switched out my SIM card, reiterating the fact that this was likely a stop gap measure only. Mark provided me with full details of current pricing for the I-phone 12 as well, for my future consideration. I truly appreciated the no-pressure approach, and knowledge that Mark provided. I will return to this location once the time comes to upgrade my phone, which is likely in the near future!

โ โ โ โ โ I had gone to this store on several occasions in the past and always had a good experience. Until tonight. I walked in at approximately 6:15 and was there til 6:25 ish. During the 10 minutes I was there, the 2 men working, did absolutely zero to aknowledge that I was even there. No "be right with you" no nothing. After I was Completely ignored for the first 5 mintes, I walked over to the headphones I was looking for and saw what I wanted, but they were locked up. I then stood in front of them for the next 5 minutes and was again completely ignored. I headed towards the door and walked out the door to one of your competitors without either saying a single word to me. Nice business you are running there! Have you ever heard this term that many retaillers use? It's called "customer awareness". You guys are sorely lacking.

โ โ โ โ โ Jason L (I think Lin) was super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful when I came with a big messy problem (switching from corporate to personal with layers of authorization required and device balance not paid and bridge program used or something). Stuck with me and stayed in good spirits until we figured it out and got me on a new plan. Very much appreciated!

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible customer service, after long hours of being on the phone, finally they sent out a technician, but keep in mind, he comes at a time that we are closed and to top it up calls the number that HE CAME TO CONNECT and just leaves saying the phone number we provided was out of service even though we had our numbers on file and hours of operation, now itโs been 10 days and no one is here to fix our issue. Do not go to this company and take your business elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ Marc helped me today with my new phone and plan. He was nice enough to help hold desired phone I wanted for me when there was a shortage of iphone around the city. He also walked me through all options available on plans and spent quite some time finding me a number I liked. I cannot be happier with the service I received from this store today. Highly recommend this store to anyone.
