★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Alex R. is indeed a very nice person. However he gave me the most painful cleaning I've ever had in 10 years. Yes everyone has a different pain tolerance but this comment is in comparison to my own other experiences with other hygienists where I had no pain. He also mentioned cavities to take care of. I've been to another dentist since then and this second dentist said everything was okay, nothing to do. He's probably okay but he does not deserve 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex is a very thorough and skillful dentist. Very good with his hands and considerate with his patients. I had my tooth extracted with very little pain and with exceptional care. Alex followed up with me eventhough I was travelling overseas the next day to ensure there were no complications.
I would recommend Alex to all my friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Dr. Alex for a dental check-up and cleaning and had a very negative experience. I'm quite surprised to see such positive reviews after my visit. It was extremely painful, Dr. Alex gave me a pain scale to indicate when he should stop (5 or above) and when I requested I felt like my pain was minimized and the level of pain continued with my input pretty well disregarded. I was recommended for braces, possible jaw surgery and replacement of most of my fillings. I visited another dentist afterwards (I would never go see Dr. Alex again and requested my X-rays and information be transferred) who was surprised about these recommendations and found them completely unnecessary.
I found his manner to be uncaring and uninterested in my comfort or experience. I left holding back tears, in significant pain and would never recommend this dentistry office to family or friends (not even someone I dislike!).
I was charged 10% (I think this is the correct number) on top of the provincially set fees for the work done, and it was explained that it is because of higher rent in Kitsilano.
It looks from the reviews that other people have had different experiences, which I hope is true. It was a truly awful dentistry experience from start to finish which was really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main thing I look for in a dentist is one with great ethics. I strongly believe from great ethics stems great work and better overall care. I was super pleased to find this with Dr. Alex. He was very meticulous with his examination and following dental work yet also very gentle and considerate in his actual treatment of me. He was also very fair and reasonable with his treatment estimate explaining to me what was urgent and what wasn't. I feel like I had quality work done on me versus work done just to get the bills paid. I highly recommend him...you will be in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After doing some traveling, I have to admit that I haven't seen a good dentist like Dr. Alex. No hidden fees, Dr Alex takes time to explain his work and quotes and more over does an excellent work. My dentist in France, even really got amazed with his work.
My teeth look great and way better than before (sorry for my dentist in France). Years ago Dr. Alex changed old silver fillings with newer white ones and they still look very good to this day (you cannot even see them).
I had to have a special work done (receding gums), today I am glad that I followed his advice.
Last time I returned to Vancouver, I made sure obviously to make an appointment with Kelly, his very professional and pleasant receptionist.
For those reasons, I can just recommend this dental clinic which I miss greatly abroad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely excellent experience (as much as seeing a dentist can be). Dr. Alex's knowledge and work are exceptional however I believe the office's best quality is they actual care for their patients. They don't see you as just a pay check and after some of my experiences it is extremely comforting to have found someone I can trust. Now I can move on to finding a trusted mechanic and my life will be complete. Seriously though, great experiences with the entire staff and, I cannot believe I am about to write this, I might actually even look forward to my visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 experience - Dr. Alex gave me some great advice about how to whiten my front right tooth that was discoloring over time due to a previous root canal. He internally bleached my tooth and now it looks fantastic! He also saved me from getting a much more costly and unnecessary procedure. Very grateful for the excellent advice and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had a great patient care experience in Accord Dental Clinic.
I’ve been saving up for my two crowns that I was so concerned about since it needs replacement. I’m a bit anxious going to a dentist since it’s been a while but Dr. Alex reassured me straightforwardly on which dental procedures that’s needed to do when replacing my crowns.
He was very meticulous with his dental work but also considerate asking me if ever I have any concerns or if the anesthesia is wearing off while doing dental procedure.
After 3 sessions, I’m so happy with the result that even my coworkers complements my new crowns saying that they look real and well made & placed that you can’t even tell.
It’s been over a month since my procedure before I write a review about my experience & I can say that Dr. Alex was so amazing with his work that I highly recommend him to anyone.
If you’re looking for a dentist with strong work ethics, very meticulous, honestly fair with his estimations & great patient care from his whole team then Accord Dental Clinic the right place for you, plus, Dr. Alex is really nice! Those 5 stars are based on my experience that I’ll definitely come back. Shout out to his Dental receptionist, Kelly for being so all around helpful!
Dr. Alex Rosenczweig brought my smile back.
