★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you order through McDonald's app and the restaurant don't have the items or the you have to wait for a long time, they will not refund you the money. They will ask you to call the McDonald's app and request refund. The app will tell you to wait 4 business days and if you did not get the refund call us back. So your refund will take more than one week to get it. Other McDonald's refund you right away but not this store. It was my first time and last time visiting this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patron of this location for over a decade. Tonight I supersized everything. The manager insisted I pay .30 for a hot mustard sauce. The other McDonalds in the city don't insist I pay extra for this. Then at the end of the meal I asked for a refill only to be told they don't do that anymore. I asked if they would just give me a new drink and they said I would have to pay for it. If I dine in at A&W they will gladly give me a new cup of rootbeer as a free refill on my way out.
If you all are going to nickel and dime me like this I will happily take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in at supper time and ordered 2 meals, got one old one that was sitting around and had to wait 5 minutes for the next one , so everything was cold and soggy by the time it was finally ready.
This is really unprofessional and substandard for a food establishment.
Between that and a staff audibly complaining about their job in front of customers and the manager, its understandable why this place gets such b@d reviews and it's basically empty at suppertime.
Seriously, if you h@te your job that much, go do something you can feel proud about, and stop w@sting your time and others.
I would not recommend this restaraunt at all, it was diss@pointing and subst@ndard, even as far as fast food goes.
