K	KAMAL ASSWANI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the store staffs were good and polite to everyone. And the service was good but the cleanliness of the store was unacceptable. It was disgusting and there was a water leakage from the ceiling Airconditioner duck, so they have kept a bin bucket in front of the pastry cooler. I can understand the current situation but the store have to follow the basic hygeine and cleaning part at all the time. I wonder if the store front side (the customer service and sitting area) are not upto the mark what about the kitchen (back of the house) part?? Are they really follow the basic hygiene/cleaning part and the SOP in the store?

The staff are very friendly and courteous the only thing I can say was a little off bit was the speed of service. I did come in on a Sunday afternoon so the staff could have been off a little bit. The other thing that's typical, not just with this Tim Hortons but every Tim Hortons is the lack of plug Outlets for electronic devices. If you're planning on working on assignments or work projects Tim Hortons is not the place to come unless you have a battery that lasts a long time. The store was very clean and it smelled fresh. This is your typical Tim Hortons which I would recommend to anybody that wanted a quick cup of coffee and snack.

I don’t understand why this location has not shut down yet or been inspected by a health organization. Completely unsanitary and disgusting! I will never come back to this location!

I was trying out my new laser thermometer and I kid u not the Timmy's is so cold people have there parkas on to sit in the shop. I'm sure the owner dosen't want anyone sitting in his shop. So if u go take a thick warm jacket. I'm going to the Starbucks across the street.
