I have saved thousands of dollars on telephone service for my growing business and my home phone needs too. Their "virtual pbx" service is the best valued business phone service out there.
I am not in any way affiliated with Peopleline other than as a very happy customer.

Service is great (Russ and Dale will take their time to answer any questions you may have). Product is very good (call quality has never been an issue and no one can even tell that we have an ip telephone rather than a traditional phone line). Value is very competitive (finding their offering for a better price will not be easy)
Give people line a try, you won't regret it.
