Bacci's

We were a group of 11 people. Food was nice. Hospitality very good. I didn't like the music. Although the musicians were perfect. Tha type of music they were playing was good only for a very specific group of people. Certain age and certain taste. I believe the music must consider other age groups and other taste as well. But thanks anyway.

I definitely recommend this store to anyone. They go beyond and above in customer service. I ordered some new luxury towels, and can't leave my home. Melissa was kind enough to offer to deliver them right to my door, which I received last week. Thanks Melissa!!

Amazing selection of home goods and designer clothing. It’s all very high end so I like to buy when things are on sale. The personnel are lovely, especially if they get to know you. Rita is just the nicest person. She gives great style advice and is always very helpful. When I feel like treating myself, I go to Bacci’s.

We love the restaurant and the atmosphere. I took our staff of 30 for dinner last Christmas and everyone was happy. Service is great. Food is awesome and the owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. Highly recommended.

This is a review for the home-goods side of the store. Stuff is very friendly. Although prices are a little high, but the quality if quite good.

A must-visit whenever I’m in town! The salespeople are LOVELY and always take care to help find something perfect for my style and body. I leave feeling inspired and excited to get dressed :)

I have never written a review before this but I felt it necessary to warn others who wish to shop here. My friend and I happened upon this store-- we were drawn in by the window display. Dries Van Noten happens to be one of my favourite designers and it is rare to find boutiques selling his clothing in this city. Upon entering, we were "greeted" by two women standing at the cash register who said not a word, but instead looked us up and down and then went back to whatever it was that they were doing. We should have left then and there. I have never felt so antagonized/judged when entering a store before in my life. We continued our browse despite feeling extremely uncomfortable and I was pleasantly surprised to see other brands I follow: Marni, Simone Rocha, among others. I could see myself very easily spending my money here, but the feeling I got from staff was that they did not believe I had the money to spend and thus, was not worth the time it would take to even say "hello." It was especially ironic being judged on how I looked considering the woman who looked at me with disdain when we entered was wearing a vaguely Scandinavian, alpine knit cardigan that I know would have simply flown off the racks of H&M ten years ago. As I moved to the back of the store into the sale section, two other employees were desperately trying to find a mysterious beige sweatshirt that someone was asking for over the telephone. As I watched, the saleswoman pushed past another customer many times in the search for this item, which made me realize that maybe it wasn't just us who were receiving a lack of care. At this point, my friend and I had been in the store for maybe 10 minutes, only one employee had made a move to say anything to us. My friend was asked if she was looking for anything, but to her, the question was asked incredulously. The only time we were spoken to together, was as we exited. One of the two saleswomen mentioned previously said, "Bye" with a smile that appeared more like a grimace, really. Now, I'm not sure if this was just an off day as I see that all the other Google reviews are positive. Or perhaps there were logistical tasks that needed to be done, and that is why their behaviour was as it was. However, I cannot deny that I left feeling extremely upset by how hostile the shopping experience felt, and how little I was cared for by staff while in the store.

Great experience every time in this store! I especially love the home section - they had the cutest Valentine's display!
