★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly... This is my favourite clothing store in Vancouver. Everything looks so nice once you try it on! The staff are all angels. It's a great shopping experience. Super trendy. Anyone can find something they like. A lot of unique things. Everything I buy lasts (good quality)! I have found staple pieces as everyday workwear and they've lasted and continued to look superb for 50+ wears. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 29 October 2020. Very bad experience, will never go back. The blond young lady, salesperson, was downright rude to my wife. She obviously does not want to be there. We have purchased many, many pieces from this store, but to have salespeople like that is a big mistake! In any case, the store seems depressed and sad, going out of business soon?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased multiple pieces from free people and especially love their bags/purses...anyway my issue with these stores is that at both this location and the one in north Vancouver, the staff never talk to you! At all! Like no hello, nothing. I can go in walk right in front of the staff and they don’t acknowledge that anyone is in the store. I just find this lack of customer service very odd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Free People clothing and generally shop online. Was in town and decided to pop into this store to return a recent purchase. The sales girls were incredibly rude. Accused me of wearing the tops even though the tags were on and the products were still in the original packaging. I explained I just tried them on, they didn’t fit so they went back in the packaging until I came back into town. My friend had to come to the counter to help me because they were being really aggressive and starting to gang up on me when it was completely uncalled for. Still in shock at how rude and poor the service was. Terrible service and overall experience. Very disappointing.
