★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to exchange a bag that I got for my mom cuz she wanted a smaller one. The lady didn't want to give me the refund but the store credit instead. She said cuz it was a gift, but I had the orginal receipt and it was within 15days. Then she finally talked to the manager and gave me the refund for the rest. I was a bit ticked off by that. Maybe cuz I got a cheaper bag??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the most appalling customer experience. Dropped in today to by a coat. As I walked in the sales associate said they were closed, even though the store was open for another 15 minutes. I said but you close at 5:30 can I take a quick look around to see if I want to come back. She left me alone for 30 seconds and then followed me around telling me that they were closing. The other sales associate then rounded up all the other customers in the store while the other one stood at the front and held the door open. As we walked out they slammed the gate closed behind us. It was only 5:25. I definitely won’t be back. Too bad as a CMO of a large retail chain I would have been back to buy a number of items. Now I’ll just spend my money elsewhere and tell all my friends to do the same.
