The property wasn't up to clean standards when we moved in. We should have reported this, but we just got on and cleaned it instead. I would say that was the previous tenant, but should have been checked. Other than that Easy Rent were great! Easy Rent quickly dealt with issues and sent out repair staff when required. Always promptly responsed to emails - very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the service we received, I would happily recommend. Thanks!

Highly recommend working with Eric Chen. He processed our application quickly and was a fantastic property manager throughout the 2 years we lived there. Any time we had an issue with an appliance or fixture, he was quick & responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily work with him again!

It is my first time having to be a "landlord", so I am very thankful that I have found ER. They have been taking care of everything for me. I could not be happier with the kind of professional help that I am receiving. They are as good as they advertise themselves to be. I want to extend my thanks especially to Oliver, who has been there since the beginning of my new journey. I have also met Michael and Sean, who have been nothing but professional and true in their work. I am well taken care of by ER and I would recommend ER to anyone.

We had a terrible experience with EasyRent. We found the place that we wanted and booked a time to view it which was June 12th (this was the first available date as the tenant was in quarantine until then). I expressed that I was feeling uneasy because that was the middle of the month and I needed to have a condo to move into for July 1st. I was assured that I was the first person to see it on June 12th and was told that if I fill out an application form before June 12th, they would potentially be able to have a virtual tour done before physically seeing the unit. My partner and I are MORE than qualified with our references and finances to secure a condo like this. We finally got to see the condo on June 12th (along with many others) but was assured that we were at "the top of the list" because we already had our application in. However June 12th fell on a Saturday, so their office wasn't able to process the application and present it to the owners until Monday (June 14). On June 14th, they contacted our references (which were impeccable) asked for additional employment Info, etc, etc SO at this time we thought we had the place 100%. Keep in mind, we were holding off on any other places, knowing that we were the first in line for this one and all of our credentials are amazing! Finally at the very END of the day on June 15th, the admin sends us an email saying "the owner has asked us to keep showing the condo to others".... UMMM WHAT? No explanation or reasoning behind it! I'm assuming that they did what they did to see how much interest was in the condo and if there was enough, they would turn everybody down and up the price. SHADY! All the while stringing us along for days while they've had our application for almost 2 weeks! Now we have to scramble to find something in this crazy Vancouver rental market. This was a HUGE learning curve not to work with or trust condo management companies (or this one anyways)!! VERY unprofessional I should have looked at the online reviews for this company before going into business with them as they have TERRIBLE reviews (check Yelp and Google). I would stay save your time and sanity and stay CLEAR of this company!

The apt we have lived comes with a storage locker and a parking lot. But there was no room for our stuff because the owner was actually using it. I think Easy rent might not have checked it. This neighborhood we live has recently got worse and there are lots of homeless people. On top of that there had been a water leakage in this building . So we wanted to move to another part of downtown. We kept looking for a new apt and finally found one managed by Easy rent. An agent Ms Patty Ho showed it to a few couples including us. But for some reason she didn't give us an application form to apply for it even though we asked. She just ignored our e-mail & message and it felt like she almost robbed us of the opportunity to apply for the apt we really liked. We couldn't complain about it because it could affect us when applying a new apt managed by other real-estate companies.

I viewed several apartments downtown with agent Sophia and I had an overall great experience. The places were all clean, and good condition. Great views. I was running a few minutes late to first showing and Sophia was accommodating to wait for me and was helpful with all my questions. There was also someone else there viewing same time as me and we wore masks and took seperate elevators which made me feel comfortable. Thank you as I just recommend EasyRent to some friends looking for a new place as well.

I have been a client with Easyrent for several years and have been nothing but impressed with the quality of service that this company provides. They have managed my rental property with the utmost care and expertise. The accounting department is very precise with reporting my income and expenses to me and the property management team is very efficient and experienced when dealing with maintenance issues. They have placed several different tenants in my home over the past years and all have been without any issues. I give this company top recommendations whenever I can!

If there is anything less than one star I would give it Viewed the unit with a lady called satnam. Everything looks good and informed her that I would take it and sent all the required docs immediately. After taking docs they don't respond at all and we don't know what's happening After couple of days they will say, owner is not willing to give Total waste of time unnecessarily. Easily one of the worst rental agencies ever.
