As you can guess the key did not work. I will not be going back and recommend to take your key and shoes elsewhere. One star because I cannot post without rating something.
D	Denise Blanch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my boots there to fix and the owner was incredibly rude and even violent...the sole of my boots are loose because of the gear pedal and when he said he couldn’t fix them and I asked him to explain me why (so as to take them somewhere else) he just left me there speaking to myself. I told him that he was being rude and he just went started screaming and tell me how my boots weren’t good enough and told me to leave. I’ve never been treated like this before in Vancouver. Horrible experience!!!

Communication could be better on how he would do certain things and how long, but who am I to complain he did it and it looked great for half of the price it would have cost me elsewhere. I was a little nervous taking my higher end shoes here but I will be coming back!
j	jessica LH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't review online but this guy is really rude and impatient, I brought in a boot with a broken zipper, first, he let me wait, then he checked the zipper and said it might be slider, I said the teeth separate, slider seems fine, then he got angry and said: I'm too busy, go somewhere else!!! I don't know how he got 5 star review on Google, maybe he asked his family and friends to do it, only 6 reviews, bad data for referencing. If you go to Yelp, you'll see lots of people complaining his bad customer service and repeatedly asking people to come back over and over again as the item is not ready even though he told people to come back on that day. Don't waste your time and money here, lots of good shoe repair on W Broadway.

J	Jalene Plamondon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is 3 things: 1. Overpriced 2. Unreliable 3. Poor quality The most over priced shoe repair I've ever paid for. I brought my boots in and was quoted 5 days to fix. I showed up 5 days later and they weren't finished. When I did pick up the next day they were $70 to fix! I've had shoe repairs for the exact same issue before and it's never been over $20. They didn't even do a good job with glue marks uneven and leaking onto the leather. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will never return.
