★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a terrible experience to live in a property managed by this company. 1633 W8th ave. was the apartment I used to live in; it was a headache:
1) My car in underground parking got broken in more than 3 times. They never came up with an idea of installing CCTV.
2) They charge additional management fee at the end of each year; that makes the management fee become more than $500 a month equally (originally only a bit more than $300)
my friend at 2418, 2428, 2468, 2488, 2528, 2588, E Broadway (big neighbourhood) has huge leaky problem which they avoid to deal with the problem.
Anywayz, just to warn you guys when purchasing new property. A property is a big decision in life, DO NOT SCREW YOUR OWN LIFE, don't choose apartments managed by them!

If there are ever any issues, they are quick to respond and eager to correct any situation. The owner, Chris Kyle, is a hard-working man who regularly exceeds my expectations. I love this company and will work with them again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. Whoever is helping the manager with the operation of our property at 6262 Ash st. is very slow at responding to owners' inquiries. It would take us many follow-ups over many weeks to get a response and some issues can't afford to wait. Unrecognized bills also came up on our financials and no explanation has been given after many requests. They also never act in the best interest of the strata as a whole, they only provide good services to a selected number of owners just to make sure they won't get fired.
