From having a prime location beside campus, a block away from the University MarketPlace, together with any connecting bus lines, I’ve had the most central apartment while at university and enjoying Vancouver life. The neighbourhood is welcoming in a friendly environment of people with varying ages and families. Yet, it is still quiet on weeknights as being by the university it has a generated a productive study atmosphere. The apartment rooms are very spacious and provide a homey feel with a great work place. The balcony and wall-sized windows are great in the spring and summer time when you want to delight in the warm weather and sunny skies. The apartment is excellent in the fall to winter seasons as well, as the encircling nature presents lovely scenery. With a pool, hot tub, and sauna in my building along with an available gym in the twin building, I am living comfortably and luxuriously. Moreover, maintenance requests are responded to immediately by the remarkable apartment manager. Such as when my toilet started running, he came and fixed it right away. He is always making sure residents have everything they need and everything is running smoothly, as well as the other staff members. Overall, a great place to live and highly recommended.

My building manager Joe and his team are professional, respectful, responsive, and true neighbours. For long-term tenants, like me, they've been diligent with suite repairs and minor renovations, recently replacing carpets, tile, and counters. I feel as though Austeville has also been great at bringing together a wonderful community of neighbours. I feel safe, at home, and I've also met new friends.
m	milkman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lived in Brentwood tower 2 for about 9 years and just moved out last week.It was really good experience during this long term living.I wish I can own it for myself instead of just renting this place.I made the right decision when I first looked at this unit: spacious unit with big balconies and very bright because the French casements.The building is not new but is very good maintained.The building manager Joe and his wife are really nice persons and work hard to keep everything running good and keep everyone happy. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends. The best wishes to Joe and his wife.

Great building with renovated suites and even better property managers in Konnie and Joe. Always there to help when needed and just good friendly people to be around. I continue to recommend this place to friends who need to rent in the area and will continue too. Thanks for everything!

Not only do their staff look after their vendors, they TRULY look after their staff and the residential/ commercial tenant's needs. From my first- hand experience, their building managers keep a very good rapport with the tenants and often know each individual request without hesitation. We have seen the sheer quality in their facilities and would recommend anyone looking to rent an apartment or commercial suite to contact Austeville Properties!

Austeville and their resident managers maintained and ran Brentlawn to a high standard. Common areas were kept clean and never allowed to start looking run down. Any issues were dealt with promptly. If a problem arose with our apartment it was fixed correctly and quickly (no short cuts or slapdash work). A lot of credit for how well run Brentlawn Towers are has to go to the resident managers Joe and Konnie. Joe and Konnie are friendly and professional and genuinely want to make sure their tenants are happy and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. If we were ever to return to Burnaby we would be looking to rent at Brentlawn again.
