★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Address listed here is for North Vancouver. When I spoke to the customer service agent they said they are not located in Vancouver. I ordered a replacement walker basket. I received not what was pictured on the website. It was shipped from Mississauga. I ordered based on the photo not the item ID. Was not able to return, get a refund due to the "COVID pandemic." Warning. Read return and refund policies before making any purchases. Poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YOU CAN GET EVERYTHING ON AMAZON IN 24 HOURS. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM. I made an order and after waiting over a month and contacting them twice weekly I still did not receive my order. I finally cancelled the order, I no longer needed. After cancelling, they filled the order and shipped it the next day. I cancelled on the 10th and the package was shipped on the 11th. There customer service agent Joel said that he sent a message to the warehouse but it's not his fault that they still shipped it. Dishonesty at it's highest, disgusting. They don't even accept blame.
