S	Simi James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here was absolutely terrible. From the moment we walked into the store, they did not even acknowledge our presence. We had to directly walk up to the counter to ask for assistance and even then they were uninterested in offering us help. They were all quite rude and were chatting and whispering behind the desk. It is unfortunate that we were treated so badly, as there was quite nice lighting pieces that we were interested in buying. Sad to say that the customer service was so bad and left us feeling disheartened.

The Reno took longer than anticipated so the chandelier sat in our “office” in it’s carton for almost 5 months. My wife never noticed when she unpacked it that one of the glass light covers was missing. I called Christine the next morning and her reaction was simply “don’t worry I will deal with it” and she did. She even checked to see if she could take 1 from a show room model but could not. If you want quality and service I would recommend these people a Pine Lighting and we will be using Them again.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rob walked us through the showroom and also showed us some options in their catalogues until we were fully satisfied with our choices. We ended up buying all of our lighting from here and are happy that we did. Their customer service is exceptional and the prices are reasonable.

They not only patiently explained to me the lighting features/intensity, they also provided me with pictures, sizes, and measurements when I emailed them to ask for more details. Their services are excellent and the prices are reasonable too.

Was in the store for a good 15 minutes; not a single staff greeted nor approached. Walked by and made eye contact with the ladies that were sitting at their desk. One immediately turned away while the other was on her phone. Seems like they could careless with walk-in business. Go elsewhere if you are looking for lights. That is back to back negative reviews Pine Lighting, maybe start training your staff to be more customer oriented?
A	Agi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a lot of lights to look at but I find their prices a bit high and I recommend booking an appointment to discuss lighting needs as they do not have staff to help if you are a walk in. I am sure they have good qualified staff but they are not available most of the time.
S	Scott Starnaman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting, contemporary fixtures, and they can order almost anything you want. Pretty muçh all LED at this point. I installed my new vanity fixture quite easily, it uses only 10% of the power of the one I replaced, and it's slightly brighter.
