★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed. I booked an appointment a month in advance when they were accepting new clients for eyebrows. Went to my appointment and they said there was no such appointment when I had an email confirmation saying I did. After that proceeded to say, that they canceled it and I should have gotten an email when I did not. Really bad service and did nothing to accommodate.
