★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you walk in it’s very clean and has a great atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, they do a fantastic job on the eyelash extensions I was very happy with how they turned out! Recommend everyone gets their lashes done here!

I would Booked every 2 weeks but it looked like I was on week 3 after a week and by my 2 week appointment it looked like I was on week 4. And I did take care of my lashes. Not very friendly or professional at times. Lashes also not applied very well, very clumpy. Soon as I would leave the building they would already be starting to fall out (not a normal amount). I’m confused about the reviews and why my experience wasn’t the same, maybe it was just the lack of care for my lashes?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last four days I have been calling trying to speak to someone about making and appointment, I have left several messages and have had no response. Today I went to the shop, I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed. Under your services tab is clear states $175 micro blading, I have a screenshot of it too. I was told “no, that must be for a touch up”. It says micro blading NOT touch up, the girl snickered and said it was between $500 and $650, I said no thank you and she told be “bye”. Super disappointed that you don’t honour your posted prices, also it is fraudulent advertising to post one price then quote another. I will be sure to share my experience with the better business bureau as well.
