★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend renting from this company. We have had nothing but issues and false promises from them. It takes weeks to months and numerous follow-ups by us to get anything fixed. Some issues remain unresolved even 5 months after moving in.
Their rent is overpriced for a low-quality property and it is obvious they cheaped out in all ways possible (appliances, furnishings, building material quality).
Their leases posed various issues and inconsistencies so read through them carefully.
For example, we were originally told that yard maintenance would be included. Then, when we receive the lease to sign, it stated that tenants would be responsible for yard maintenance but that we would be provided with the tools necessary to do so. Now, well into May we have never received those items and after two follow-ups by us they have now gone back on their word, stating they will not be providing anything.
We have lived and rented in numerous properties across Alberta and have never experienced a company with such poor integrity and management.
