Moving into The Edge was easy! All our needs were met and Linda went above and beyond for our move. If you’re looking to move into this property, ask for Linda. She’s patient, and always has a smile on her face! Best customer service!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Linda as we looked for and secured the exact apartment that we wanted. She was very knowledgeable, engaging, and helpful in all regards. She took a lot of time out of her day to help us weigh pros and cons and was absolutely honest about potential issues we may have had with specific suites/layouts. She even took the time to phone us back the day after our viewing appointment to let us know that the exact suite we wanted had come available and we were able to apply and be approved that same afternoon. All of the apartments we viewed were clean, nicely laid out, freshly painted, brightly lit and had great amenities! We couldn't be Happier. Thanks, Linda!

Linda’s management skills are severely lacking, she’s not the least bit helpful. I’ve filed several complaints none of which ever actually lead anywhere. Hospitality of this place is horrendous. Would not recommend moving in

Looking for an apartment was very difficult until i met Linda at the edge apartments, she help me find the perfect apartment for me and my family. I give 5 stars for Linda, very understanding lady, replies on time, and im really impressed with her customer service skills!

I visited The Edge for viewing the apartment. I was greeted by Linda Boychuk and she took the time to show and explain all that is relevant for leasing the apartment as well as the property. She did a very thorough job and answered all my questions. Awesome experience!

I had an amazing experience with Linda at Boardwalk when searching apartment for my sister and her hubby. They made the process very seamless and applications to approval was done online. A virtual walkthrough of the apartment was done and it looked exactly same when we finally checked it out in person. The security deposit is also very reasonable unlike some others who ask for as much as a whole months rent. Will definitely recommend boardwalk for your rental options.

The building is great but Linda’s management isn’t. When moving in, I had paid for everything and the landlady Linda did not tell me when I could pick up my keys or try to arrange a move in date. I would try to contact her and she would not respond. I got tired of waiting for a response and went in person to grab my keys. She was very unorganized and didn’t even know if my suite was cleaned ( thankfully the cleaning lady knew off the top of her head that my suite was ready for the 1st of February ) The maintenance man was complaining about having to do repairs on whichever unit he was supposed to work on that morning. She gave me my move in inspection papers to do on my own and she stated she would come in later to finalize them. I waited hours for her and then left to start moving my stuff. I let her know then that the blinds and the window screen were missing from the living room window, I am on the fourth floor and I stated that this was a hazard. She stated they will have to order new parts and it may take a bit. I tried to follow up with her a couple weeks later and she stated she wouldn’t even know when the blinds came in as she didn’t have a maintenance person around, even though I saw the maintenance man leaving his office. The parking stall she assigned to me was 218, I told her on the first day I moved in that I had trouble finding it and that the highest numbered parking stall I saw was 214 and asked if she meant to put 208 on the paper. She just responded with “it’s closer to our side”. I continued to ask for help with finding my parking stall and she did not respond. Boardwalk is a great company and they have some really nice buildings. Sam at Southgate tower was amazing and so was Dennis at Vita estates. I have never experienced this lack of customer service and communication that I have with Linda and I hope Boardwalk fixes this.

I had an inquiry about an apartment here and Linda was very quick to response. I talked to her on the phone and right after our conversation she sent me the videos of all the different kind of units available as well as a detailed email consisting of all the additional perks and features offered. She also showed the apartments to my family on a very short notice who told me the apartments look exactly like the 3D tour on the website and everything is well maintained. I contacted other building managers as well but I didn’t get as much of an inviting vibe from them more like they felt its too much work because I am from a different province but hats off to Linda again for taking me seriously and answering all my questions to my satisfaction. Apart from the pricing (as I always want a better deal), it surely is a tough choice for me between this and a couple of other places.
