I ordered 5 sandwiches and 3 happy meals, ended up with 1 bacon and onion quarter pounder short which made our family supper feeling upset and having to manage with one less a sandwich. Totally unacceptable. This is not the first instance McDonald’s has done this to me. Big orders they are unable to handle without making a mistake. This location does not even answer their phone calls. Please find a solution for those who actually like to visit McDonald’s more than once!!!

Those are photos from two seperate orders. Everything is always a sloppy mess and this time my drink was missed because I forgot to ask for it. To top things off these orders where placed later at night while not busy. I live close and the same vehicles are always parked in employee parking at night. If the food doesnt improve next time I will be returning the food to the "cook" who slopped it together so they can be as annoyed as I am when I open my orders.

This store is literally a joke They seem to have built a room on the side to ignore the couriers. They literally don't care about drivers. I've been so many stores for delivery and when they delay the order the other stores at least pretend to be sorry but this store? They are just rude. everytime I come this store for delivery They are always at least ten minutes late. what a joke. They think we receive the fixed wage like theirs. Even though they saw that there are so many drivers waiting, they just pretend they didn't see us. Today I was there for picking up the order and the employee saw me and didn't even ask my order number and when I arrived I saw two bags on the table. They came 10 minutes after the original time to receive the order and asked for the order number and brought the bag that was already on the table when I arrived. Are you kidding me? Thanks to them I made $6.50 for 30m. When we lose time we lose money. We don't get paid just to stay still like you. I won't take any order for this store anymore.

Half the time their coffees are made wrong, or they just decided not to take the time to stir them. I had a lady getting a massive and intricate order ahead of me in the drive thru line, and instead of pushing her to the waiting window the proceeded to make everyone wait to finish the ladies order. And then they messed up my single coffee order right after that. Too new of a place to get enough quality training I guess? Too bad since they would be my go too

I usually wouldn't take the time to write this but I feel the store manager of this location needs to see this and begin to take into consideration the consistent complaints and genuine concerns. This is my 2nd time in 2 weeks and a very simple order seems to be a difficult between cashier and supervisors. My usual order is tea and muffin combo, all the other locations are able to punch in the order correctly. Your staff at this restaurant always overcharge by putting the items in separately. The first time I corrected the supervisor who had taken the order, his response was that combo deal had ended the day prior after realizing he didn't know what to do. I told him I just ordered this a few days back and its been a regular combo deal for some years now. Another cashier came by and she also was clueless. I was persistent that he ask someone else to which a manager came by and apologized stating I was correct and that they would be trained. Today, I went through the drive thru and made the same order. I had hoped that their staff would have been adequately trained since then. Again, I was met with a higher price for the 2 items. I told the supervisor/team lead that was not the correct price as I was being charged per item versus the combo price. She went back to the till for some minutes and came back with a 5 cents difference. I told her again that was not the right price. Her response was that this was a new location so the combo code hadn't been updated into the system and she would inform the manager. She instead removed the tea and charged me the price of a small coke. Who is going to believe that response? I noticed how fast this location was build, which isn't a concern but if you (store manager) want to gain profit make sure that you are taking the necessary time to train people (not express training) so that they are competent and efficient in doing the work. When developing your greatest asset in this case your staff and customer service is a priority, the money will follow... trust me! I hope the executives take note and changes are met as soon as possible. Thank you.

I don't usually write a review, but everytime i order food here there's always something. Giving wrong order, Cold food, missing dipping sauce that i pay and Now 2 large fries that is not even filled up. I called the store once before but it seems the manager that i talked to doesn't care about my concern.

The place is clean. It looks very nice and thus deserves 2 stars but in regards to service, they cannot earn the remaining stars. It took 15 minutes for 2 egg muffins and 2 hash browns. We were the only ones in the building and one person in line at 9 am. I watched one person giving our order to a new customer in the drive-thru. I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt and went to this location 3 more times I did experience a little bit better service in the evening but even being the only customer in the building and drive-thru I went through the drive-through and after receiving my coffee I was asked to pull ahead to wait for my order. 9 am must not be a busy time for the location. The location doesn't have very many customers normally and I think it might be due to the service. I truly hope this review helps the location make needed changes.
