F	Flo B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordering thin crust pizza from domino’s at RiverBend location for years with no issues. I switched over to this location and I must say the service has been terrible. The worst pizza I have ever ordered from dominos. Pizza completely burnt, and you can literally count the toppings on the pizza. When I complained to the store clerk, the guy told me the pizza is burnt because it’s thin crust. I pointed out to him that I have been ordering from RiverBend and no issues. He didn’t seem to bother or even offer to correct the issue. Talk about HORRIBLE service. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. At this point, I don’t mind the long drive to the RiverBend location.

They refused to replace the krder, I was giving the other pizza back to them. The worst customer service I have ever received

I don't know if the employees had a bad day or if it's a store problem, because I've always ordered from other Domino's in Edmonton and they've always been good.
G	G G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acknowledging Great Leadership and Service within our community I visited this location on Friday Dec 10th 2021, The gentleman with the black Turban , demonstrated great leadership skills, he zoned everyone to a station tried to get service going seamless and smoothly, However the staff for some reason failed to be stationed, hence the gentleman was like superman he went up to cash , he went and followed up on orders, he helped customers, dealt with consumer complaints and issues, You have a great asset in your team, Hope you acknowledge and celebrate the skill set he bring and delivers here. We always get our food from here, absolutely love this place and love the food, recently however the banana peppers got changed and don't taste the same please bring back the old supplier. However that night the staff had lots of issues and I was able to get my order at all despite placing and waiting but hey, we are humans and its okay if we mess up.

I paid for a handmade pan and it came with regular crust. Both pizzas were dry, and the cheesy bread came even more dry. The quality was awful and the tomato topping I got was pathetic. It looked like they took a single SLICE of tomato and spread it on the pizza. I get that they were busy but I expect the quality to be decent if I have to wait over an hour and a half for the order.
N	N P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually, Domino's pizza is pretty good for chain food. This location is an exception. When you order a four-topping pizza, I think the general rule of thumb would be to expect all four toppings to be found on every slice of pizza. Instead at this particular location, one or two toppings per slice is perfectly adequate for you as a customer. You also wouldn't expect the pizza to be burnt, but that's where you'd be wrong too. It's also too much to ask for there to be enough cheese and tomato sauce to cover the crust instead of leaving dry roasted bread to eat. When the staff left the pizza on the counter and walked away before I'd even paid, I regret actually paying like an honest customer. I should have realized that was a demonstration of their interest and attention to detail.

This is second time happened and they didn’t even have all the toppings. And cover it up with just cheese. Why don’t they even say it if they don’t have something??? I just had pizza without half the toppings they mentioned in their feast pizza!!! Never ever ordering from here again. So poor!!!
