★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreal wait 2 full mins before being even acknowledged in the drive through to be told sorry we are sold out of chicken 30 mins before close. Now please wait 10 more mins for us to complete the person in front of you's chicken order before you can leave. Worst location seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time we go here we end up leaving because they continuously say 20-30 minutes for literally anything we order. It's faster to drive far away to another KFC than it is to go to the one right by our house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Ordered a 4 pc meal and a zinger combo when we received our order the 4 pc meal came with only dark meat when I asked them just for one pc of white meat they told me that it was against their policy and only served white meat with anything with 8 or more pc of chicken which I know that at every other kfc I've been to they serve it with a drumstick, thigh a wing a the rib.
then when I asked to speak to a manager we were discussing the matter and one of the employee kept jumping in and interrupting our conversation being rude
this KFC doesn't care about their customers and I also made a complaint to corporate but I have a funny feeling that nothing will come of it.
MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the meal feast yesterday (Jan 06). Didn't get the dips I ordered, the corn was not seasoned at all, and the chicken batter was horrendous, the quality has gone down the drain. I am not sure if it's just KFC in general or this particular location. I ordered after a long time for a change and nothing but disappointed. Ended up using a taco mix to season the corn at home and used paper towels to wipe of the excessive oil (I know it's deep fried but way too much oil).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife ordered in advance for a pickup order and was told 15-20 minutes. I drove 15 minutes to the store and they hadn't even started the order yet and no one was even in the store eating. Waited another 15 minutes for a total of 30 minutes after calling and the front desk woman didn't even apologize for the wait... Calling KFC Canada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. For a fast food place, they are extremely slow. First bad encounter was telling us they had no more chicken (??????), we thought it was just an off day, then a few months later, we had to wait for over 30 minutes in the drive through???? We said never mind, but we had two people in front of us, and we had to wait for 30 minutes anyways.
Take your money elsewhere, this is a business that doesn't care about their customers and they don't deserve your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first visit and the worst. I called this location and order for pick up. I specially asked for fresh and they said they will cook. And this is what they gave me after waiting. I am really disappointed with the service and don’t recommend anyone to go. I had guests at home and they were all disappointed as well. This is my First and last time order from this location. The manager should take things seriously.
