★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Therapist Nadine did a fantastic job at my first ever visit for a massage. I came with an upper back pain but it was completely put to relax after an hour of work from her. The front staff is friendly, I would definitely be returning again. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband had a good experience with Massage experts Heritage location that’s why we recommended this location to our mom. My Mom had her appointment just today and it was HORRIBLE.
The email that we received for the appointment said it was booked for 3:15pm. We called massage experts to confirm appointment and they said the appt is at 3:30pm so my Mom went there for 3:30pm. She felt she was being rushed throughout her appointment. The RMT did not give her clear instructions before the start of the appointment. The RMT should not assume that every client who goes to their clinic knows what they should do for massage. Whenever my mom goes for massages before she was given a robe to change into but she was not explained to that they do not give robes-so my mom was just sitting there waiting for the robes. If the Therapist had explained it, then they shouldn’t have wasted time waiting.
My mom was expecting a full body relaxing massage but due to that “wasted time” the therapist just did her back and neck massage.
When she finished her appointment they did not let my mom rest enough and they were rushing her to get out. They also did not inform her beforehand that her insurance need a “prescription” and they said they cannot bill her insurance directly without the prescription. When my Mom was asking that she was just going to get her prescription on the car she was told “that is not our problem anymore and just pay upfront and refund it to your insurance.” My mom is so upset of the experience she had with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean and friendly massage experience. The heated beds are nice, massage therapists are well trained and professional. Unlike a spa, there is no change rooms or shower for after your massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a member and always enjoyed the massage service from massage experts. They called me & leave me a voicemail to confirmed my appointment. If there is a cancellation, the receptionist lady always suggested me another day or another location based on my preference.
I recommended Josefina or Melissa D as a good therapists

I’ve had Nadine in the past as well and she’s amazing too. Most of the staff knows what they’re doing. This is the only place I go to for massage
