On my initial visit with Shaili Desai, the Osteopath, she was extremely thorough and very patient with me as I rambled on about my current issues as well as additional information she probably did not need! She also was the only person to actually explain to me what was going on and why (so far). After the assessment she did some initial treatment and WOW. I have not had relief from my symptoms in 4 months, but after 1 session from her, I have had relief. She is awesome and I look forward to continuing treatments.

Even more important when the services provided deal with personal, sensitive and well being. This business does not value trust and organization. They do not listen to customers and try to approach the customers as valued individuals. It is all about the $$ and not about relationships. They are willing to lose a long time customer (since 2017) over a missed appointment charge. Building relationships and creating a culture of caring and well being is missed on this organization. The therapists who work there are great and have only had great service from them. The owner Michelle M. never reached out to me to rectify the situation - the model of well being, trust, respect and caring is not valued as the CORE principles. I will gladly find another place where these core values and relationships are modelled and practiced.

All of the staff at the clinic are extremely friendly and professional. If you are looking for a great wellness clinic this is the place to go.

B	Bruce Correa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had an amazing RMT session Carrie Zhou! I went in with knots and pain in my joints and left feeling fantastic. After reading Carrie's bio online her experience in Asian massage techniques with Western schooling made it a simple decision to try. Not an easy decision as I was going to another RMT that was very good as well. Carrie was an excellent communicator checking in the pressure and techniques used were effective. She provided informative post massage information that would help with my condition. After 60 min I left with a happy ending feeling better then when I arrived! Thanks Carrie this was a great experience, I am looking forward to the next session!
