S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a cute spa! It was my first time there a few weeks ago. I had a facial with Sondra, who was so lovely and well educated. Love the spa has great covid protocols in place. The treatment room was cozy and relaxing, cant wait to go back again!

First, the old building has been converted into a beautiful spa with a relaxing environment, you can tell a lot of love has been put into the spa. Reception is friendly and attentive! I’ve seen Dr. Self to help with my sleep and bloating with great success. I’ve seen Kristy for various treatment, her facial massages are the best! She is thorough and so sweet. I’ve seen Sondra for waxing and a body scrub and boy oh boy, is the scrub an absolute TREAT! Theresa, the skin care guru for all my skin care needs. I have acne/sensitive skin and she has helped to soothe and prevent more acne. Laser genesis is amazing, it makes my pores so tiny. I’ve also had IPL for sun spots and many more treatments and am thoroughly impressed each time. I would recommend Brooklin Beauty and Wellness to my friends and family !

Anyone seeing her for any reason could never be disappointed. Friendly, professional and most importantly SHE CARES!!! Reception staff friendly and helpful. Ambiance pleasant and welcoming.

Everyone was very friendly and they followed up with me after my appointment to see how everything was. Definitely recommend going here.

I haven't had a facial in a long time and I am happy I went to Brooklin Village based on a friends recommendation. The space is quaint, serene, clean and welcoming. Kristy was lovely, setting a great space for a relaxing experience. Plus I got great recommendations for products and services that were based on what my face needs. Can't wait to go back!

Not only were they professional and friendly and did a wonderful job ”securing” our nails, given the work we had to do back at the house, they were also community minded. My daughter is new to the Whitby area, and both women provided helpful suggestions for my daughter to check out for dog services, getting work done around the house, etc. We had a great conversation with them. Highly recommended! We will be back, and we will ask for Sondra and Vanessa again. Thank you, you inspired us!

I got my haircut and styled by Maddie who understood exactly what I was looking for and was extremely sensitive to a specific situation that makes haircuts difficult for me! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The staff are all extremely kind and the spa itself is so beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this spa and look forward to going back!
