★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They gave me great advice on how to feed my dog raw food and talked me through the different options. I do wish that they offered me some samples as it was my first time ever buying and feeding raw, and the first type I ended up buying, my dog did not like at all. Other than that, the service was great and they are so friendly and nice to talk to. I would definitely come back and buy my dog’s food from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patronized this store a couple of years ago for a relative and found the staff very helpful. Fast forward to February 2021 and we now have a puppy of our own. Spouse has been the main person shopping at this location with nothing, but glowing reviews about the experiences. Yesterday, I was in the vicinity and we needed more puppy food and treats. As a novice puppy parent, I asked for help and was given great puppy-health-and-customer-budget-friendly advice. (Healthier options; more bang for your buck with this vs that, etc)
At the register, there was a discrepancy between the physical price tag on one item and the computer system. Joshua insisted on honouring the lower price and was adamant about it.
We will not be shopping anywhere else for pet food/treats. This is *the* location for all of our pet needs and it is because of the amazing knowledge and customer service. Five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for almost 3 years, the owners are such amazing people. Always going out of their way to accommodate. A few times I was running late and called in and they were more than happy to stay and wait for me past closing. Another time I bought a bed and washed it, I kind of ruined it and did not expect to be reimbursed or anything but the lady of the store offered to sew it and wow I was blown away that she would actually take the time to do something like that. She did and what a fantastic job she did !
I could go on but I won’t but I will leave you with this.. if you haven’t been to this particular location you are missing out, I have been to almost every location in the city and they are great too but these folks are so friendly and the customer service is outstanding .The owners are both awesome people as well as professional they have both given great informative advice for my 2 dogs. I will be a life long customer! Thank you both for all your hospitality and thoughtfulness every time I come in.

Knowledgeable staff will help set you up with the best diet options, and an endless ability to spoil your fur baby! You can even have a photo shoot! It's more than that though...you aren't just a customer, you are a friend. Thanks for taking care of our family Josh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on Friday to get stuff for picking up my rescue on Saturday. Joshua answered all of my questions and really helped me out with picking stuff out! Our rescue Honey loves everything, especially the harness, and is learning that toys are okay to play with! Will definitely return to get some treats for our sweets ☺️

It is obvious they take great pride in their small business. The store has always been clean, organized and well stocked. When I've had questions about switching foods for my ever picky dog, Josh has taken the time to answer these questions and to help sort out what is best for my dog's changing palate. I continue to shop here for the fantastic friendly customer service and knowledge. It also doesn't hurt that I'm always greeted by Lobo's handsome face.
