Rohit is truly the gold standard of property rentals. Other companies can learn a great deal from them. Their team, especially Saif, Paige and Kira were and are exceptionally professional, efficient, highly responsive and I am truly grateful for all their positivity and professionalism which made moving, a typically stressful thing, much easier and more pleasant. The home upon move in was clean, beautiful and high quality. Saif went above and beyond any rental agent I have ever dealt with and Rohit is very fortunate to have someone like him as part of their team.

I live in Cunningham way for almost 2 years now and actually they’re so friendly and helpful also they’re pretty quick in Maintenance stuff.

We lived there for 2 years, nice and clean place in a great neighbourhood. The site is well taken care of. They were always responsive and helpful when needed.

Nice area and complexes. But there are too many Pit bull owners in these units. I have personally been attacked twice myself just out walking my dog and I have seen another person attacked as well. Be wary of your kids and dogs in this area.

I’ve been living in Callaghan with my partner and our cat and dog for a year now and have really enjoyed how quiet the neighbourhood is and the proximity to walking trails. We are very happy that we signed a 2 year lease. We live in a 3 bedroom unit and it is spacious and we like the contemporary modern finishes. From viewing the units to signing the lease and moving in the process was painless. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a townhome rental.

Lived in Callaghan Landing for 1-1/2 years; rental units were as expected. Saif, Paige, Kira and Kevin were great to deal with, and pricing was on-par with other rental properties in the Southern area of Edmonton. Street sweeping and snow removal was very prompt, and any issues were quickly addressed by the team mentioned above via email. They were great to deal with upon exit as well, although a month-to-month as we started to look to buy our own place would have helped. A solid rental unit that was close to walking/biking trails, at a decent price point. Unfortunately, can't choose your neighbors, which is why 5-stars isn't selected.

The place is nice to live in, it's wonderful if you never have any issues. Inhave lived here for 2 years and here's what we have come to learn. They keep $500 of your deposit no matter what, it was explain to us that they keep it in case of pet property damages (granted you still pay monthly per pet). One of our neighbours moved out and did not get the $500 back despite no pet property damage, they explained to him that they keep the $500 for maintenance services. And then you get charged for every wear and tear. Work others take a while to get attended to. When we moved in, maintenance came and told us they had been complaints about the washing machine and that we had to follow a set procedure (exactly how much soap to use, we can only wash a small amount of clothes at a time, how to place the clothes in the washer). Needless to say after living there and using the washer we realized the machine just sucks. We talked to maintenance and go the same procedure again. After having many articles of clothes ruined, sheets getting stained in the wash, nees to add buckets of water to the machine to get semi clean clothes, trying every washer options and finally after needing to handwashing our clothes we put in a work order and explained that the machine is simply not good. We pay to have a laundry machine but have to handwash our clothes and go to laundromats. One maintenance person explained there might be something stuck in the hose and that it will have to be checked. Another maintenance person eventually came to check the machine, was there for 2 minutes and basically repeated everything we were told (a procedure) when we first moved in. Goodness he said to make sure the clothes don't touch the agitator. I used the machine for the first time since that maintenance person was here, I followed their all their rules and this is how my WHITE sweater came out (see pics). It's not white anymore, and has large dark stains all over! Another ruined shirt. I'd be less annoyed if they reimbursed for the cost of the clothes that have been ruined because of this faulty machine. Did they check the hose? NOPE Will they replaced the faulty machine? NOPE. So while the place is nice and management is nice, just know you will probably have to take your clothes to a laundromat and maintenance is not the most reliable.
